These documents provide an unique record of who-was-where-when over a period of some 30 years. These records are invaluable for CME Museum archives and assists research into activities during that era as well as supporting the preparation of biographies and Last Posts.

Ralph De Coste spent over thirty-five years in the Royal Canadian Engineers, serving from sapper to major, from Korea to Chilliwack, before he retired with a barrack box full of memories. He has recently published these memories in a new book, Toward Life's Sunset.
