Ashely Granter Receives CMEA Bursary

The CMEA is pleased to award the  Lieutenant G.A. Hickson, DCM, MM Memorial Bursary to Ms Ashley Granter, a student at Memorial University in St John's. Construction Engineers: An Essential Component to a Support Team

Captain Philippe Bolduc was recently deployed on Operation IMPACT (Op IMPACT) between Nov 2020 - Apr 2021 as the Construction Engineer Troop Commander (CE TP Comd) within the Operation Support Hub - Southwest Asia (OSH-SWA) in Camp Canada, Ali Al Salem Air Base, Kuwait. He has written a full account of his experiences on that tour describing the significant contribution of construction engineers deployed on that mission.
