WO Mike Villani has been selected to represent Canada on Operation GOLDEN ORB, the Coronation of King Charles III.
WO Mike Villani enrolled in the CAF as a Vehicle Tech in 2002. Upon completion of his trades training, he was posted to 1 GS BN at CFB Edmonton, until his release from the CAF in 2006.
Feeling the need to serve his country further, WO Villani re-enrolled in 2008 as a 00149 Firefighter. Upon completing QL3, WO Villani was posted to 3 Wg Bagotville as a crewman. He remained there until his appointment to MCpl when he was posted to CFB Edmonton in 2014 as a Crew Chief. Understanding
the “Soldier First” concept, WO Villani asked for a posting to CFLRS in 2015. He spent three years there, molding the soldiers of tomorrow, before being promoted to Sgt and posted to 3 Wg as a Deputy Platoon Chief. During his tenure in Bagotville, WO Villani deployed on a TAV to Op REASSURANCE and a three-month tour to Op IMPACT.
Throughout his career, WO Villani has passed his knowledge to subordinates, creating well-rounded and experienced teams. WO Villani was promoted to his current rank in 2021 and is respected within his unit and across the Firefighter trade. With great humbleness and gratitude, WO Villani will represent Canada on parade at the Coronation of King Charles III.

Opération GOLDEN ORB : Couronnement du roi Charles III
L'adjudant Mike Villani a été choisi pour représenter le Canada dans le cadre de l'opération GOLDEN ORB, le couronnement du roi Charles III.
L'Adj Mike Villani s'est enrôlé dans les FAC en tant que technicien de véhicules en 2002. À la fin de sa formation professionnelle, il a été affecté au 1 GS BN à la BFC Edmonton, jusqu'à sa libération des FAC en 2006.
Ressentant le besoin de servir davantage son pays, l'Adj Villani s'est réenrôlé en 2008 en tant que pompier 00149. À la fin du NQ3, l'Adj Villani est affecté au 3e Esc Bagotville en tant que membre d'équipage. Il y est resté jusqu'à sa nomination au Cplc lorsqu'il a été affecté à la BFC Edmonton en 2014 en tant que chef d'équipe. Comprenant le concept « Le soldat d'abord », l'Adj Villani a demandé une affectation à l'ELRFC en 2015. Il y a passé trois ans, façonnant les soldats de demain, avant d'être promu sergent et affecté à la 3e Esc en tant que chef de peloton adjoint. Pendant son mandat à Bagotville, l'Adj Villani a été déployé sur un TAV à l'Op REASSURANCE et une affectation de trois mois à l'Op IMPACT.
Tout au long de sa carrière, l'Adj Villani a transmis ses connaissances à ses subordonnés, créant des équipes très complètes et expérimentées. L'Adj Villani a été promu à son grade actuel en 2021 et est respecté au sein de son unité et dans l'ensemble du métier de pompier. Avec beaucoup d'humilité et de gratitude, l'adjudant Villani représentera le Canada lors du défilé du couronnement du roi Charles III.
