PRESIDENT’S REPORT
Hi all, it is with great honour that we publish the posthumous presentation of the Special Service Medal to Heather Aucoin. Also in this newsletter, you will find the change of appointment of RSM CWO Rochlow to the incoming RSM, newly promoted CWO Batch. The Association was well served by CWO Rochlow and he was personally thanked the President and the Directors of the Association. 39 CER RA is looking forward to working with RSM Batch.
