Includes Ontario (East of the Lakehead) and the National Capital Region.

Includes British Columbia, & the Yukon Territory.

Prairie

Includes Alberta, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, the Thunder Bay and Lakehead District of Northern Ontario and the North West Territories.

Quebec

Includes Québec (less the Québec portion of the National Capital Region) and Nunavut.
